Exchange District

The Exchange District of Edinburgh was established circa 20 years ago on derelict railway land to provide modern, large, open-plan office accommodation outwith the traditional Edinburgh city centre core, allowing the financial and established professional sectors to move to modern accommodation. Growth in the Exchange District has continued over recent years, contributing to Edinburgh's economy and prosperity.
