Kenmore. Partnering in Property.

Kenmore Property Group is a co-investing, trading and development property group active in the UK, Europe and Middle East. Investments and developments are held in the UK, France, Holland, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Finland and Dubai. Our aim is to enhance shareholder value through premium investment returns emanating from both trading and active management opportunities within our portfolio.

Kenmore was founded in 1986 by current chairman, John Kennedy. The initial focus of the company was the development of office schemes in Glasgow and Edinburgh. The early 90's saw a diversification into trading standing investments, while continuing to purchase properties with development or refurbishment potential.

The rapid growth of Kenmore's portfolio, which reached £1.1 billion at 31 July 2006, and the associated profit levels has been achieved by employing the following strategies:

  • Development of deal flow by expanding industry contacts and providing fast track response to opportunities.
  • Maintaining our entrepreneurial approach to projects through innovation in management and funding structures.
  • Leveraging of the group through the use of joint ventures (click here for more details) and co-investment vehicles.
  • Building excellent standards throughout the organisation with clear lines of authority and decision making supported by efficient management systems.
  • A flexible approach to acquisitions including interest in complex asset and corporate backed deals, selective secondary property locations and variable sector types.

Kenmore continues to move forward in an increasingly competitive market place. Please click on the link to visit our website for more information on Kenmore Property Group.
